 This Bell Canada local class 5 CO is in the north part of the Greater Toronto Area or the old city of North York.  By Toronto standards this is one of the newer CO's. This office was originally built and provisioned with Northern Electric's (Northern Telecom) #5 Xbar switch (cir 1960's) which was later cutover to Northern Telecom's DMS 100 switch in the early 1990's.
