VIRGINIA TELEPHONE CENTRAL OFFICE'S |
These central offices were originally constructed by either United Inter-Mountain Telephone Company or Central Telephone Company of Virginia. In 1992 United Telephone adopted its long distance name of "Sprint" for its entire operating company. During the same year, Sprint acquired Central Telephone Company (CENTAL) and all offices branded under the Sprint name.
